We are specialists in renovation and restoration, with almost 40 years of experience. Our skills lie in restoring neglected, dilapidated buildings, bringing them back to their former glory with the benefits of modern day living.
Our relationship with restoration spans the decades, having lovingly restored, and lived in, our own listed buildings.
From the start of the building project we can help you recruit an independent first class architect who will work with you to ensure you get the design you require. They can submit your planning application, and even liaise with the planning department.
We provide a building consultancy service if required. We are happy to discuss your requirements, and suggest possible solutions. Perhaps an extension is not appropriate, so we may suggest a loft conversion to provide the extra space you need.
Along with new build and renovation for the commercial and residential market, we provide all aspects of building work from bricklaying and stonework to electrical and plumbing installation, and from doors, windows and conservatories to roofs, guttering, tiling, plastering and home maintenance.
Insurance and grant works are undertaken and references can be supplied from our many happy customers. |
